What is your greatest strength?
My greatest strength is my friends. You are the average of the 5 people you surround yourself with, I surround myself with great people.

One of the most exciting things that I get to do is travel the world and speak. So I am always working to stay in touch with my world wide network of friends. I belong to an international mastermind group that allows me to connect in a big way around the world, and of course BNI has opened door and made my world very small with it's international reach. It is these very connection that allow me to lead an incredible life with incredible people.

Because of the wonderful things that I have been able to achieve, I share my time, talent and treasures with many different not for profits, locally and globally.

I believe that my purpose in this life is to "BE Contribution to Others" So I live by the guiding principle that everything I choose to do, must contribute to the lives of others in a postive way.
What are you working on?
Developing the worlds leading referral training organization. Here is a key question to ask yourself. What is not happening in your networking activities, that should be happening? What is it costing you? Do you know?

Networking is an art, and like art it is subjective. What I consider art you might not, and vice versa. But it is art and it is all good. There are a few rules to art, follow the rules and create your own art work.

Building a business by referral is a science. It is systematic approach to getting predictable results in a repeatable way. I work with the Referral Institute to teach and develop systems that will help people generate referrals for their lives and their businesses.

I am also working on a book called "Networking and Sex" How men and women network differently" with Dr. Ivan Misner and Frank DeRaffele. Notice that I am the girl on the team. If you would like to take the survey for out book click on this link.

If you borrow it, return it better..........

How many times have you loaned something to someone only to have them return it damaged? How do you feel? Angry, disappointed and yes hurt, after all it was your item and you trusted the person that you loaned the item to. We loan our credibility to others regularly when we make a connection for others or pass a referral to them. Each time we make a connection or a referral we are allowing others to borrow our credibility. Unfortunately many times that credibility is brought back, nicked and sc… Continue
