Making people and ideas findable

Woodland Springs NBHD in Carmel 1st Qtr sales comparison 2009 - 2010. 2010 is better

Woodland Springs in Carmel - a wonderful place to live. It is Home to

many professionals, a local recording artist featured on the nationally

syndicated Bob and Tom show and people of all ages. The lake at the

center of the neighborhood is surrounded by a walking path reserved for

the folks who live there. Located: just south of 116th in Carmel and

about .4 miles east of Keystone Ave, behind a Chinese Church, it is

less than 10 minutes to the interstate ramp to 465 and just minutes from shopping and dining.

The schools that serve the neighborhood are some of the finest in the state. This is not a

cookie-cutter neighborhood. Broad streets, sidewalks, mature trees and an eclectic mixture

of architectural styles - ranch, tudor, saltbox, trilevel, bilevel, modern contemporary, colonial,

traditional - make it a joy to behold.

The neighborhood has a club house and swimming pool host to an active swim team.
It's a large neighborhood with active residents who can be seen regularly walking,
biking and jogging. Each 4th of July the residents are treated to fireworks shot
over the lake. Check out the website:

Homes are typically priced from $145k to $500k for the homes on the lake.

1st Quarter 2009: no homes sold

1st Quarter 2010: 4 homes have already sold and 4 pending

Another 15 homes are currently listed from $499,998 on the
water to $154,900 for a 2300 sf trilevel.
