Making people and ideas findable

The Size of the Box Says how Much You Matter

There was a time in my life when I measured people's appreciation by what they got me at Christmas. Did they get me something on my list (ironically compiled the day of Thanksgiving)? If not, does this gift signify a keen insight into what I want even though it wasn't on the list?

Silly? Yes. Superficial? Absolutely!

Every Christmas people exchange gifts to show their appreciation, love, and feelings for one another. It's a way of saying, "You matter to me" or "don't matter to me" depending on the gift.

This Christmas season, how will you express to others that they "matter" to you? What can people do for you to express that you matter to them?
