Making people and ideas findable

I just wanted to share about my weekend.
I organized and event at my synagogue where we had 36 vendors and lots to choose from.

I purchased a gift for a friend. My friend is expecting twins and wanted to get her something special. It is so hard to find the right gift when every thing is so cute. PJ's themed Baskets caught my eye. PJ Weston is the owner and she makes the coolest themed baskets and for a very reasonable price she made the most perfect basket and delivered it to my home. I was thrilled it is the cutesiest basket with a double dose of the essentials for the two little ones. :) www.giftbasketsbypj.com/default.html

I also wanted to give a big thank you to all the vendors, entertainers and volunteers that make every thing go smoothly. The turn out was low and we always wanted more shoppers but I still feel we put on a quality show.
I was so pleased to have so many wonderful vendors and the entertainment was fantastic.
Unfortunately we had a few cancelations last minuet.

Emily Ann Thomson and her husband (Celtic and Classic Violin) were fantastic and I know I will be following her to the next show she plays! www.emilyannthompson.com

Ann Thurber thrilled us with her Irish step dancing! Hopefully we will be coordinating a workshop with her soon. I even tried a bit of step dancing but I think the 13yrs old and 10 yrs old defiantly out did me easy.

University High School gave us a preview of their Spring Musical A Funny Thing Happened On the Way To The Forum! I know I will be getting my tickets my daughter insisted! The show opens April 30th.

JCC Camps came and had a blast painting all the little faces. www.jccindy.org/page.aspx?id=178155
I am sure my husband is hoping my pocket book will take a break after this weekend but I could not help myself. Little does he know I plan to pickup plenty of goodies at the IndyBabyExpo this weekend! www.indybabyexpo.com

MY dog is very happy we had Jack Childers's Pampered pooch she is doing tricks with out being told in hopes for more treats lol. www.pamperedpoochbakery.com/index.html

Dawn Hafeez and her sisters were a big hit with their ceramic flower and beautiful Hanna designs. I love what they did for me.

We had so many wonderful crafters and vendors I could go on and on.
I just wanted to brag a little on the great vendors we had and if you missed it feel free to check out the web page and soon I hope to have the pictures uploaded. :) http://cstapril09.webs.com

Rebecca,
Thanks go to you and Stacey for the great job you did putting this together. Yes, traffic could have been better but the quality of vendors was tremendous and although I missed the entertainers, I went home with a beautiful necklace and dog treats. I helped a friend pick out an impressive bag at www.pax4u.com. I hope the vendors were satisfied...It was a fabuous event.
