Making people and ideas findable

Hi,

We just found out that baby #8 is on the way. So far we have one son and six daughters. I'm very happy to be able to welcome another child into our happy family. Many people wonder why we want so many kids, the answer is very simple... So many children are growing up in broken homes, with parents who don't like eachother, and in families where the parents don't have much time for the children. So I think that families that are full of love should be the most productive. We feel so blessed to welcome children into our home so that more kids can grow up in a thriving family... a family where the parents love eachother so deeply, where brothers and sisters are kind, where the parents are best friends, the home is joyful, and life is full of happiness and blessing. We have a big house in a small town, and a farm with a bunch of cool animals, we have three extra seats in our car, and room around the table. We would adopt if we could, but social workers don't like to add more kids to big families most of the time... well these are my thoughts, I love children and I'm so happy to have another. Having a new baby is they best way we can share our blessings with others during our stay on earth.

Well said, Sarah.

You two are paying for all of their college tuition right? :-)

What impresses me most about you is that you feel so comfortable being who you are, standing firm in your beliefs and living your life the way you choose, instead of the way that someone else thinks you should. Congratulations. I love your message of blessings and gratitude.

That's so funny! I'm glad I got a boy first!

When I was in the Air Force back in the day, I knew a Senior Master Sergeant who got his boy -- on the 13th try! Not only was he the only boy, but he was the youngest! 12 older sisters! Back then it took two vehicles -- or two TRIPS -- to transport the family if they wanted to go anywhere together. I trust that logistical considerations for a family of your size have improved in the past three decades! :-)

Congratulations!

Congratulations, Sarah. That's great.

Sorry we couldn't make the open house. I really wanted to, but we had some family things come up.
