Identity Theft or Marketing Ploy?

Seems I get a letter just about every month from a company telling me about their privacy policy. They all sound the same, I appreciate the notice, but I think a postcard with a website would be better served. Don't pay for what may already have

Before you pay for an Identify Theft program, check with your insurance agent. I found out today that my homeowner's insurance covers for ID theft loss. They are sending me the parameters of the coverage, and I may learn it's not enough. If you don't have it, your agent might think you are shopping around and get it for you! Continue
