NealTaflinger CrossFit Day Two: Pain don't hurt

I've been walking like an old freakin' man since Saturday morning, which didn't give me a lot of hope for my 30s. CrossFit is always nasty but its especially so when your body isn't accustomed to the work load. Joey "Fingers" Montgomery Indy.com v2.0 has launched and there is a Smaller Indiana Widget already up!!!

I wanted to invite everyone on Smaller Indiana to come over to www.indy.com to see v2.0 (a public Beta) which allows for the registered user to decide which widgets they want on their Home Page and those they want the world to see when viewing their Profile Page. A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

4. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.
