Letters for Miss Leach

My saving grace was that I was only in first grade; we were not yet required to do this. But I wanted to, and I wanted to do this for Miss Leach; make it for her, like a gift.

Atta Boy

Here is the big question from a blog neophyte like myself. Will linking to another blog while doing a blog upset the space-time continuum? Better get braced because that is what's is going to happen here.

http://www.tourhendrickscounty.com/blog/?p=8818

I was so humbly honored to be included in Mr. Ivie's blog that I just HAD to share it here. Though one can…

Tough Few Years for Our Lawns – Tips to Bounce Back

Our lawns have had a few tough years with the summer droughts. The sad truth is those hot, dry summers are taking a toll on our yards, and there could be serious damage to your plants this spring, especially for the trees and shrubs.

I would recommend this fall or very early spring, probably March, to fertilize all plants with a granular fertilizer around the base of the plants. With the fall rains, our moisture levels are back up and good to go.…

Though my QR code above is not an electronic gadget, it is…

ComedySportz Level 3 Workshop on Improv Wrap Up

The Level III class ends with a performance for family and friends. But first…there some preparations to be done. We went over the logistics of the show…how we would be announced, how we would enter, where we would sit…all of the little details that keep a show going. Here locally, Second Helpings has been rescuing prepared and perishable food, re-preparing it into nutritious meals, and distribute those meals to over 60 social services organizations that feed hungry people. They also use rescued food to train disadvantaged adults for…
