STOP EATING!
Don't eat a meal more than 2 hours before you exercise. While exercising more blood goes to the muscles and leaves less for your internal organs. You run the chance of becoming nauseous or light headed. If this happen, site down for 10 to 15 min. and take only small sips of water. Then get up slowly and end your workout.

So last night, a friend of mine, Amy Stark, put out the word on Twitter to hashtag Indiana to see if we could get the Hoosier State on the Twitter map, so to speak. Gartner says “Server Sales Continue To Plummet”
Gartner said on Monday that nearly 1.9 million servers were shipped worldwide in the third quarter of 2009, down about 17 percent from the 2.3 million servers sold during the third quarter of 2008. During the second quarter, Gartner reported server shipments fell about 28 percent compared to the same period of 2008.

It is a tradition in our home for me to make sweet potato pies for the holidays. Jenna and I spent the night before thanksgiving cooking 4 pies for the Thanksgiving feast, and while stirring the pie filling, we came up with a fun way to give back to our community.
