Agreed , I use standard words (# marketing #farm #beef etc) when posting tweets; creating specialized hash tags does make it harder for a broader audience to discover info.

How about an #SIchat, similar in nature to #journchat (http://journchat.info/) or #agchat (http://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=67010541510 ), where specific SI issues can be given a deeper discussion opportunity?

Hi John

Smaller Indiana is a great site for B2B networking, and it looks like you’ve been on the site for sometime now. Hey John,
A friend sent me this article about OLPC. Market forces are taking over and manufacturers are seeing an opportunity to make a profit. Do you think that is a bad thing? If Negroponte's goal truly was to get a laptop in the hand of every child, won't this make it happen faster? http://crave.cnet.com/8301-1_105-9950876-1.html?tag=nl.e501

Hey John,
That was my favorite hour and a half this month, truly. I learned so much, and was thrilled to finally meet another XO user.

I love the name of your personal Web site, by the way, and what is the backstory for your pic? I know there must be one.

John - sorry I missed the meeting yesterday. Hope it went well. Hey, have you considered starting a blog? This platform would be a great place to try it. Also, think about other ways you can add content...we need to show folks how to make this into a viable media channel
