This is a good idea, I agree! I think I have a monitor I can donate. You should talk to Dan Miller with Veterans IT Solutions, I can even introduce you if you'd like. He also likes to help do charity work when possible and I'll bet between the two...

Blogging

I have taken the advice from here and several other sources about the importance of blogging, and started a blog, tonight.
For those of you who are in the group "Computer Blues" or have read my blog post on Smaller Indiana, the posts will be familiar because I drew on what I have already written.
I'm still researching the whole blogging thing, and am quite new at it. Any advice or criticisms will be welcomed.

Dragon PC - Computer Repair & Consulting is initiating a new kind of “Green” in Muncie and surrounding areas, and we would like to invite you to take part in our computer parts-raising campaign.

When we have sufficient donated parts, we will begin building working computer systems out of usable parts. Every ‘new’ system will be given to a randomly selected, needy family or student, nominated by the donors.

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

4. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.
