Kingsley-Rose, a 5 year old consulting firm specializing in delivering talented professionals to our clients has recently been awarded an opportunity to partner with a 3rd party logistics operation located in Indianapolis to add talent to their Sales Team. Our client delivers cost effective truckload, refrigerated, expedited, flatbed, and airfreight and LTL service solutions to small and large businesses across the United States. We are currently seeking to add experienced Sales Executives to grow sales for our multi-million dollar global operation. The right fit for this hunting opportunity is an established professional with experience in the logistics industry calling upon carriers and customers to develop and maintain relationships to deliver high quality services. Someone motivated by money that enjoys spending time on the phone generating truckload sales leads, sourcing and managing truckload and carrier relationships and negotiating pricing rates between carriers and customers will succeed in this Sales role. Additional qualities for success in this role are having strong communication and organizational qualities because you will coordinate with CSR’s to provide timely exceptional customer service.

Feel free to add a blog post, join some groups (there are more 500+ with 350+ listed on the Smaller Indiana Group Links google doc) & don't forget to add a photo - so your fellow Smoosiers can recognize you at off-line community events.

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
