- Growing an innovative new start-up. The Home Manager, Inc is a Personal Property Management System. We remove the headache of home maintenance. We use a proactive approach, by assessing your homes maintenance level on a semi-annual basis. Once the assessment is completed we can schedule and oversee any work that needs completed.
