Vitamin Supplements May Not Be as Helpful as You Think

The Wall Street Journal published an article in March, 2006 reviewing much of the recent scientific literature on vitamin supplementation. The journalist covers recent research on Vitamin A, E, C, Beta Carotene, Calcium and B Vitamins showing that they may not have any beneficial effects and in some studies, vitamin supplementation was shown to actually increase mortality.

I am writing to ask for help. I am creating the possibility of teaching wellness and nutrition education in Bloomington and focusing on children.
