What is your greatest strength?
I feel I am an effective leader and work best through designing and implementing detailed plans -- in my professional, personal, and community service roles.
What are you working on?
I am President Elect of the Fishers Rotary Club, and working on the Community Service Council of the Fishers Chamber of Commerce.

Growing our Rotary Club and building our next generation of Leaders within the Club is my top priority. In addition I am working with a few of our members toward developing plans to protect and enhance our ability to raise funds so that we can, through our collective efforts, continue to support our community and other philanthropic projects around the world.

With regard to my work with the Chamber, my passions and interest in helping Fishers become more cohesive as a town and business community has led me to work on the Community Council. We are in the process of developing a large community winter event/festival for Fishers.

Although my answer to this question is still in flux, based on my discussions with one of your members ... this seems like a place that I can both contribute to and learn from as I work on my community and professional interests.
