Hi Susan, we have many people tells us that they buy there coffee from Chicago or Seattle like it makes it better because it comes form such a cool area. But It is not local and not very fresh any more. I may be a coffee snob, but it is very the very best, not because of it came from a cool town. We are right here in Marion, Indiana. We roast everything custom to order. Coffee comes from all over the world, but our roastery is local. Check us out: midwestorganiccoffee.com If you don't have a coffee person for the event in Muncie, consider us. We do coffee tasting similar to a wine tasting.

Hi Susan. I am a Chef from the West coast with my roots now planted firmly in Indiana. My concept is based on farm to table dining and wish to learn as much as I can about taking full advantage of what Indiana has to offer. Any information you can send me I would greatly appreciate. Thanks again!
