BTW, if we are worried about possible losses from government loan guarantees we will also have to stop FHA mortgages, SBA loans and Student loans.

I agree, however the government's irresponsible behavior is not on Bright.

Correct, and they have done all of this and have had plans to continue with those private funds. However with the government loans they would be able to move much faster, which is the point.

I tried to quit this thread, but one more time I have to try to see if anyone understands what this is about. This is not a handout, Bright Automotive is not asking for bailout money. No one is going to pay additional taxes if Bright Automotive ...

Hi Steve! Thanks for your comment...you're right about the potential difference between what consumers/businesses are told and what actually happens...the fastest way to reduce the problem is to first know there IS a problem...then know that there are questions that need to be asked and that can be answered and verified. Recognizing that there is a problem is where most people are now and CBS went a long way in this enterprising piece toward bringing it to attention of those who want to do the right thing -- and need to be aware that, that isn't always what happens. Thanks for watching - and let me know if my company can help you or others. Dawn :)

1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

4. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.

6. Smaller Indiana is supported by its members, and by corporate sponsors. If you're interested in learning more about sponsorship, please call Pat Coyle at 317 332 7878.
