A new day.

Today is a new day. The fist day of December 2008. My though is BE the change you want today. If your want to be healthier, change one thing you know you should not eat, do one thing that will give you more physical activity. If you want the world to be nicer, be kind to someone today. If you want to have more money, spend your money wisely.

I try to do these things. I find if I only worry about what is happening today change is easier.
