Companies are coming up with very unique and attractive ways to keep their best talent from leaving. Organizations are allowing for flexible schedules, bonuses, work at home - even allowing for their employees to take every 10th day of work off......

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account
