- I represent Optical Disc Solutions, Inc., a national CD and DVD manufacturer that is based in Richmond, Indiana. We are one of the original replicators of CD discs and DVD discs in the USA and have over 20-years of experience. We provide glass mastering, replication, printing, packaging and complete turnkey solutions for our clients. We are proud of our Indiana heritage and wish to share our strengths with you.
