Did you hear the one about the Governor and the $1000-per-hour-prostitute?

So the governor of New York walks into a brothel...No? Not quite right?
Okay, the New York governor calls a "service" for an "escort". Not the first time the gov has made use of not only this service but this "escort".

At one or two large (or more) per hour each time he uses this "service".

So I had to ask myself, "Self, what do you suppose Eliot gets for his money?"
Always ready with a pithy comeback, I reply, "Dunno. Whatever he wants, I s'pose."
Hmm. I need to have a little ta… Continue

My first blog

Well, that title isn't too imaginative, but it is factual.
This is my first blog.
Ever.

I'm not even sure what to write about. Politics? Religion? Business? Love? Loss?
Things as mundane as my personal pet peeves? Well, that would be interesting to maybe two people, and only for two minutes.
A few of my favorite things? At least that would be positive as opposed to negative.
Just prattle away about myself? A mini-or maxi-biography?
Ok, biography it is. Just the high- and low-lights though:

Hello fellow Rick,
I really apprieciate you including our open jam on your list. I do want to make you aware that our Open Jam at Downham Music is the 1st Thursday of each month, not every Thursday. Also, for some reason, the Downham Music link goes to a map of Donnie's Place instead. I just don't want anyone to be confused and not be able to find us. I hope to see you and some of the members at an Open Jam sometime, it is a lot of fun!

Thanks,
Rick Singleton

Hello Rick, I noticed you commented on my music group discussion and was just wondering if you played music and if so what instruments?

Thanks, I am happy to be here.
I am typically a serious, somber type.
So, let me state for the record that I will not put up with intolerance!

Which way to the cash bar?
