I strongly applaud this kind of change for at least two reasons. First, I think we do incredible damage to women and men by promoting such a narrow range of criteria for attractiveness. I saw the effects in a 11 year old girl this weekend when I w...

Wordpress is probably your best choice. It has a wide user base, and lots of add-ons. If you have problems, there are lots of folks who can help. I would agree with Jason.

Hey Ray --

I enjoyed meeting you last night at the gathering. Those events are one of the highlights of my month. It's nice to get out and hang with people who speak our language.

Small minds talk about other people. Average minds talk about events. Great minds talk about ideas. (Disclaimer: This inspiring quote is not intended to be an insult to psychologists.)

Hi Ray,
Welcome to Smaller Indiana! As a new member you may want to start by reading the blog post: "I'm a member of Smaller Indiana, now what?" It provides some great tips on getting involved in the community.

Feel free to add a blog post, join some groups (there are 450+) & don't forget to add a photo - so your fellow Smoosiers can recognize you at off-line community events.

Help

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

4. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.

6. Smaller Indiana is supported by its members, and by corporate sponsors. If you're interested in learning more about sponsorship, please call Pat Coyle at 317 332 7878.
