I agree! I have been letting people know that accoring to Mibor statistics. Over 27,000 homes were sold last year and we have had a 3% increase this month.

I've chatted with a few realtors and everyone seems to have a different view, but one thing I have heard alot of is that people are stepping outside the box and finding new ways to sell their homes through perks and ads which I think is great. I love out of the box ideas.
