I am 54 and just changed my life (second time) several years ago and feel better than ever.

For one I strongly believe that we are in charge of our own well-being!
Not our doctros, healers, spouses etc. Nobody can swallow our food, nor can they digest and eliminate it. It our job!

Look how differently we age! If anything good about Obamacare is hopefully people wil pay attention to the preventive care...
