Nora,

I may have lined up Anne Hills (www.annehills.com) to give a concert in the Gothic Chapel at Crown Hill Cemetery on October 3rd or 4th. She has been active in the Folk Music scene for over 25 years, sometimes with Tom Paxton. We're particularly interested in this venue because she has recorded a CD of James Whitcomb Riley poems set to her music, and Riley actually had a funeral service in the building before he was buried on top of Crown Hill. But that is only a small part of her repertoire.

Do you have any opinion about whether or not the people in your circle would be interested in attending? Also, if this does get finalized, would you be willing forward some publicity about it via your connections?

Any advice you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

I had a hunch... :-)

We'll have to get together - I ride the Monon all the time. I'd like to learn more about you and 2nd Helpings, and tell you about Freewheelin', which I personally think is the most FUN non-profit around! :-)

Hi, Nora! I'm a connector-person, too. And I assume you are related to Meg - a friend from a past life! I'll look forward to meeting you sometime.
