I often joke, most of our customers can't even spell CRM. No, I'm not trying to insult the intelligence of AddressTwo users, but rather the ridiculous over-use of acronyms in any business today. My wife and I just purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee. Now, when we went to the dealership, we were looking for something roomy but with decent gas mileage. Pay Per Tweet - How Bad Can It Be?

Ok, I'm quite positive I wasn't the first Twitter user to think to myself, "wow, what would I have to pay a top tweeter to tweet my link?" As I talk with most small business owners, I find quite often that they realize the benefit of database marketing and they get (at least in part) the concept of CRM, but they lack the technology to implement it. In this article, I want to address the misconception that an Excel spreadsheet can fill a business' need for CRM.
