What is your greatest strength?
Connecting people and ideas together. I am an acupuncturists and herbalist and musician formerly from Indiana. I helped to changed a law that allows the public in Indiana to have great access to acupuncture. Now I live in Chicago and continue to find ways to expose people to this ancient, effective and fascinating medicine.
What are you working on?
I am the former president of the Indiana Association of Acupuncture & Oriental Medicine (www.iaaom.org) and still a current member. Our goal is to educate Hoosiers on its benefits, and ensure high standards in the quality of its practitioners. The IAAOM website serves as a resource for both the general public and for practitioners alike. For the general public, we can assist you with more information on what acupuncture and Oriental Medicine is and how to find a practitioner in your area. For practitioners, we provide a platform to network with other practitioners, opportunities for continuing education, and a vehicle to enhance our profession. If you have any questions about Chinese medicine this is a great resource and you can contact them through the web site.

I am currently living in Chicago teaching at a graduate school for Chinese Medicine and running a private practice. If you know anyone who needs acupuncture and Chinese medicine in the area you can find me at 312-528-9338. Email: mitchellmustinharris@yahoo.com

Hey Mitch! Welcome to Smaller Indiana and congratulations on becoming a SMOOSIER! I would encourage you to get a picture up of yourself instead of some scary old man. :)
