Planning for my first Groundbreaking

I am getting started on the planning for my first ever groudbreaking ceremony. It is a little intimidating because I want to make sure that we start off on the right foot in the community. The groups that we belong to have not had any real assistance on having a guide or a checklist to follow. No such luck on internet searches as well. So looks like I go this one alone.

The bad PR of Indianapolis Water, Part Two

13 Hours later and the problem has only gotten more evolved. As you way very well remember, my shower last night was barely able to be called a shower. the wife's shower this morning was what you would call non-existent. Not enough pressure for it to come out the shower head. Could be because we have a grand total 6 bubbling brooks in the street now.

This time the wife called. After many minutes on hold she was asked if we could make it until Monday. No and shouldn't have to. She was then told… Continue

The New Scare: GM and Ford in trouble still

Watching the news this morning and GM is in financial dire straits and Fords stock dropped to $2.40 a share. The news wants us to be scared of this. Oh my god we are all going to die if these go under.

Sure we can look at it that way. or we can look at the fact that they have not proactively changed with the times. Just look at the auto lots. How many big hulking dinosaur eaters do you see? They were on this bigger is better high and shouldn’t put down the pipe before it was too late. Now we ar… Continue

Recently I've created a 12 Subject Photoshop course for Photographers, and thought it would be something of interest to you. The course is 3 hours, 1 on 1, and you receive a handbook to go along with the course. Customizing the course by Subject is also possible. This is a great course that will benefit your photography forever. Course details can be seen on my site www.newmanphoto.net under Classes. Let me know if interested and I hope to speak soon.

Hey Michael... I'm so glad you joined IP on Everything. The group hasn't been extremely active yet, but I dream big.
I hope you don't mind, but I suggested Reinhard Pollach give you a call. He is a realtor, and he's very smart, German and has an interesting story. I thought you would connect well with him.
