What is your greatest strength?
My approach. I am committed to my clients long term. To achieve this, I get to know my clients before I work with them. When discussing real estate, I take a consultative approach wich focuses on learning the goals of each client both short and long term. I find that when we take the time to get to know our clients, we are able to and create a plan which will help each client achieve their individual housing goals. I also strive to be a resource for my clients at all times for anything that can help them.
What are you working on?
Working on getting out the message that our market has some fantastic real estate opportunities. For sellers we actually have decreasing home inventories for the first time in 2 years so you'll have less competition. For buyers this could very easily be the best time you will ever have to buy your first home or move up in the market!
