Although I do not plan to pregnant, I do have ideas for the ladies you will be working with, some of which are rather unusual, but could give relief of discomfort and assurance of staying healthy. They and their children would benefit even after they give birth. They would also get back in shape quicker when coordinated with the yoga. Contact me if you want to more.

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar
