What is your greatest strength?
I find that my greatest strengths are my ability to relate to people and my outgoing personality. I never mind working hard, and I never leave a job undone. I have goals set that I want to reach, and I always reach them, though not always in the way I had planned. A past employer once said that my organizational skills and multitasking abilities are exceptional.
What are you working on?
Tardiness and procrastination. It's hard, but I've made huge improvements and the tendency to put things off or be late has really taken a back seat. I feel better when I'm early and prepared.
