Seeing the big picture. It's so easy to get caught up in the day to day details that you lose or never even have a vision. I try to make sure that I always keep the big picture in mind both personally and professionally.

Developing new business for our agency. I really have a passion for marketing for non-profits and would love to work with more clients in that area.
