Hi Kevin,

Thanks for the add. I work for the trade association for TIC professionals, sponsors, broker-dealers, registered reps. We are expanding our association next month to include all commercial real estate investment professionals who deal with TICs, DSTs, REITs, funds, etc. including RIAs, real estate advisors/brokers, etc.
What does your company do?

Hey Kevin,
Good to hear from you. My degrees are all through Full Sail. I was living in Orlando for 2 years but have been back up in Indy for the past year finishing school. I see you are in real estate now, and it looks like you are doing well. Keep in touch. Maybe we can get together sometime.

Thanks Kevin. We're pretty excited – it's a great time to be investing in these early stage businesses.

Small to medium local or regional businesses. The media is a community calendar that contains many things people want in one place such as school district schedule, chamber meetings, town council meetings, rotary, community festivals and events, plus it is large enough to write your own family schedule on. We then sell advertising to business that want their message told to their community all year long. We then mail them, free of charge, to every residential address in a communities zip code so everyone gets one. The rest are distributed to businesses through the sponsors, chambers, etc

Kevin,
I remember. You had a lot of tacos at our house one night.
If I remember correctly, you have a Fishers address? Town Planner is a local marketing media. It is a franchise that has most of Suburban Indy developed except Fishers. I have the West communities Brownsburg to Martinsville.

Thanks Kevin,
Now it's time to add more projects and bring the HAUS site up to the same level.

Kevin,
Thanks for the invite. I have been at WestPoint just over 6 months. Maybe we can get together sometime in the near future for coffee or lunch. I would like to learn more about the commercial real estate industry. I have some clients that are in the construction industry and would like to see what connections may exist between the two. Talk to you soon.
