- The greatest strength of the ESC Management Assistance Consulting Program is tapping into a community resource of experienced professionals and leaders who bring many years of leadership and management experience along with proven, reality-based, problem solving skills to our nonprofit community. We provide valuable management and organizational consulting services, including strategic planning, executive mentoring, board development, financial consulting, human resources, business planning, and other organizational management areas. The nonprofit organizations, businesses, and government entities assisted by ESC are as varied and diverse as our community and span a broad spectrum of need.
