- What are you working on?
- New Company called The Village Experience. The Village Experience is an international trade and tourism company focus on "moving forward by giving back." We are green, promote responsible travel, and adhere to fair trade requirements. We research, develop, and operate cultural/humanitarian/adventure trips to the developing world in an attempt to bridge the gap of misunderstanding between cultures and educate people on international issues. At the moment we have trips to Kenya, Morocco, Ethiopia, South Africa, India, Jordan, Guatemala, Belize, and Jamaica. We're looking into Palestine and Afghanistan for 2009. On the trade side, we create a market for international products from local artisans, micro-financing projects, women's groups, charities, and orphanages. We will begin selling online at first and then move to a retail store shortly thereafter.
