- What is your greatest strength?
- Problem Solving. I enjoy critical thinking to improve processes, efficiency, etc. When I initially join a group, team, workforce, etc. I try to be very observant, which can be interpreted as shy. Once I have an understanding of the organization and its goals, I'm more vocal and am willing to take the initiative to make any desired changes. My least favorite phrase is, "...because that's how we've always done it."

- I am a tax accountant by day. In my free time I tutor at the Brightwood Community Center and volunteer with Indy Reads. I am most passionate about education issues and working towards improving others' access to various educational opportunities.
