Thanks for the lead on Topica.. it is an interesting tool, ideal for on-line retailers because of the tracking all the way to the point of sale.
Constant Contact works for more of my clients because of the flexiblity of the templates, and they don't have that tight a sales process, yet. I will keep it in mind, Thanks.
