I'm not much of a business book guy, but I found "Now, Discover Your Strengths" very interesting. It characterized my top 5 strengths as Ideation, Strategic, Woo, Maximizer, and Adaptability. Personally, I find my greatest strength as quick assessment and problem solving.

Professionally, I'm working on video and multimedia for businesses and nonprofits primarily in the Indianapolis area. I'm also a board member of the Indianapolis arts nonprofit Primary Colours.
