Incredibly so. I spent 6 months driving to Veedersburg, IN 2-4 days a week and working with a guy who is brilliant, but eccentric and not a writer. We debated, discussed and rehashed the info over and over until we got in in some sort of readable text. In this news cycle of Bear Stearns and Fed bailouts, the book could take off, or it could be dismissed. Either way, it improved my writing and gave me a great portfolio piece.

Greg,

Hey, saw your profile on here and thought I'd say hi. I'm still freelancing, and have spent the last 8 months working on a book, which is about to go to press. If it sells a bajillion copies, I may retire, but until then, I'm still on the lookout for new freelance opportunities.

Hope all is well.

An experimental performance collaboration taking place next month, and I want to pass along the details.

On June 18th, the rapper and actor Ice-T will be on stage with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and a Los Angeles jazz combo led by Ron McCurdy. Phat nasty beats from the timpani and self-indulgent bassoon solos right?

Sure, maybe. Ask Your Mama.
