Greg, maybe you could try Author House. They're a self-publisher based in Bloomington. A friend of mine whose book I edited went that route and had a positive experience with them. The book came out looking sharp, too. Don't give up just because P...

I am Running for Congress in 2012!

That's it! I am so fed up with the pin heads in Washington I have no option but to run for Congress in 2012. I would go in 2010 but I think it will take that long to mount a campaign.
What I think many of us want is a representative that tells the truth, knows what it means to be a regular citizen and knows how to use common sense and compromise to get things done. Don't see many like that on The Hill.
So my platform will be simple...
First I will impose a term limit on myself. Three terms (six… Continue

Bail Out?

Ok, the $700,000,000,000.00 (looks bigger written out in numbers!) bail out is working it's way through a disconnected congress. I have listed to and watched more blathering on this...as much of you have. The thing that really hit me was one of the talking heads yesterday morning.
She said that if the taxpayers didn't spend the $700,000,000,000.00 to bail out Wall Street that credit and financing woudl be almost impossible to get. She said it like that was a bad thing.
Isn't financing and ease o… Continue

Good Morning, I just read your profile and thought as a small business professional you might be interested in our local business network (IBN). Indiana Business Network has chapters all over the state. Locally we meet in Plainfield every Wednesday morning at 10am. There is no cost or obligation to check it out and the monthly dues are only $25.00. I joined recently and it is by fare the least expensive means of lead generation that I've found. I'd be happy to answer any questions if you are interested.

Hi Greg,

I just noticed your post on my wall about CIREIA. Have you had the opportunity to check out one of our meetings? The next meeting is April 14, 6-9. If you want to learn more, check out www.cireia.org and print off a free admission coupon. Hope to meet you there!

Greg, you would think people would jump at it I know our family would, and an 8% increase in cost is not much at all!!

I haven't had to much of that with my services but my green services are totally different and don't cost much. On thing that has amazed me is that alot of people when I tell them that our websites are powered by the wind they just kinda look at me like "That's nice" lol. Once I really nail down the benefits of having a green website and the additional marketing channels they can enter for their business for FREE then they jump on the wagon lol.

It's getting there, and it's come a long way in the past few years. It will be wonderful once people really see the full benefits and believe in them.

We are looking for an older home in the future (next few years) that we can redesign and turn into a green home.

Anyone that I hear of looking for your services I'd be happy to pass along to you.

Hi Greg,

I read your post on the Green Business Networking group and thought what you had to say was wonderful and so truthful.

I look forward to learning more about your green business.
