Experience

Our hike to the waterfall started on a drizzly, gray spring morning. We were tired of waiting for our schedules and the weather to converge into the perfect day for hiking. The weather wasn’t great, but we went for it anyway. There are no neat and tidy trails at our tree farm. A combination of logging trails and creek beds are the best bet for navigating. The occasional deer trails and fallen tree trunks help out. We used all of these as we picked our way back to the waterfall.

My eldest son has found a walking stick, but he soon figured out that it was too much work to carry it. He asked me to carry it for him. Knowing that a good stick is like gold to my boy, and that he needed to focus on the trail and not on a lost stick, I obliged him.

My youngest son had been a trooper throughout the morning, but now it was past lunchtime and his… Continue

Good Morning, I just read your profile and thought as a small business professional you might be interested in our local business network (IBN). Indiana Business Network has chapters all over the state. Locally we meet in Plainfield every Wednesday morning at 10am. There is no cost or obligation to check it out and the monthly dues are only $25.00. I joined recently and it is by fare the least expensive means of lead generation that I've found. I'd be happy to answer any questions if you are interested.

Welcome to Smaller Indiana. I think you will find this is a little different then most Social Networks. The community is active both on and off line. Check out some of our groups and events for information on what is going on around the state.
