Why join Smaller Indiana? What are you hoping to experience here ?
I would like for anyone who suffers from IBD or knows someone who does, to learn more about the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. It would also be really cool if as a result of coming to a CCFA event, that person connects to others in their communities who may be going through the same thing.

So what is Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis?

Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis, collectively known as IBD, are chronic digestive diseases that affect more than 29,000 people in Indiana. Diagnosis typically occurs between the ages of 15 - 35. However, children as young as 2 years old have been diagnosed with IBD as well as adults in their 70's. I've only been a member for a few months. Storytelling Arts and Smaller Indiana co-hosted an event in September to introduce Smaller Indiana to Storytelling Arts. Maybe on your way home from work, we could meet somewhere unless you have time during the day.
