The willingness and ability to adapt and overcome, either personally or professionally. Business and life typically don't fit into a neat little package and like it or not, I've learned to deal with the ups and downs as they come.

Getting a handle on the social network "thing." I received a lead for a freeze call (I'm a plumbing contractor) through Twitter. I want to tap into the social networks as a marketing tool if that is possible and push this for all it's worth.

I received a phone call yesterday from a woman (retired and a widow) who had bought our old house 10 years ago. She was getting rust colored water and was convinced that it was the water heater. To tank, or not to tank: that is the question...

Most Americans think that the tankless water heater techology has just come to pass within the last 5 years or so. The reality is that tankless water heaters have been around for a long time and are widely used in Europe and Asia.
