Ideally, I want to get out of straight nuts and bolts month-end close accounting and into financial analysis. I'd still like to have a boss/mentor at this point until I can acquire some new skills. I know I am capable of way more than I am doing now but companies seem to take one look at my resume and I get pigeon-holed. I welcome your thoughts on how I could proceed from here. Thanks!
