Hi Cindy, Things are slow, the foreclosures and short sales are still taking a toll, however, I have one closing pending and 2 more purchase contracts we will be writing soon. The sale on my listing fell apart at the last minute :(
Our company is doing ok, but its hard on everyone. I keep trying to bear in mind that if there is 15% unemployment, that means that 85% still have jobs and need houses. I applied for a part time computer tech job at one of the local schools that a friend told me about. Its only part time, but would be a good fit til things get better! Hows it going for your area?

Love to tweet! I also use the utility ping.fm that allows me to update all of my SEO sites at one time. I find the Smaller Indiana thing is confusing. I get all of these notifications, but then can rarely track down the threads of conversation. It also seems to be more for Indy and surrounding areas than anywhere else in IN.
