We are in the process of looking at the Indianapolis Chamber "green" certification. We already carry the national Green Burial Council endorsement. Noticed you had been asked to comment on the project.
Care to pass some of them along?

Christopher- Hello. I am working with a few downtown non-profits and planning a Spirit & Place event in November asking the question "Is their a spiritual mandate for creation care?" We are looking for a couple of guest bloggers on a site prior to the event? Any thoughts?

Hey Christopher,

I'm not very savvy with this social networking stuff, so please forgive me if I am breaking any online "rules" here.

I work for the Indianpolis Chamber, and we have long felt an obligation to promote the interests of businesses that are committed and engaged in environmentally responsible operations and practices, as well as actively encourage those who aren't (yet) so committed but would like to learn more. In so doing, we have very recently launched our Green Business Initiative.

If you ever have the time and inclination, I would really appreciate your brutally honest feedback of our fledgling program and application. This can be accessed at indygreenbusiness.com. (Currently just a landing page that links to the Green Business section of our website. Soon to be a resource microsite.)

Many thanks!

Hi, Christopher! Glad to make contact with you this way, because I couldn't add you to our e-mail list (couldn't read it - sorry!) when you signed up with Kevin at the meeting at North UMC. Tell me a little more about your interest in Freewheelin'.

We would LOVE some hard hats! We're having a "hard hat" tour and fundraiser at the new space on April 22. Thank you for thinking of that!

Would love to be involved in any gathering you organize, as a presenter or just a social function. Let me know how I can add value to your mission? I design projects from structures to integrated farm and waste management systems and more. My background is in zero emissions systems design and education. Feel free to connect with me anytime.
Kindly,
Brandon

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. We want to know the real you...Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. We want to know the real you...Please do NOT use your Smaller Indiana blog for blatant self promotion

3. We want to see your smiling face...Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

4. Events should be posted in the events calendar, not inside blog posts

5. Please do NOT post commercial video (demo reels), or Corporate Website promotions in your blog

6. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.

7. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.
