I love being my own boss, but I miss that steady paycheck! I guess it is worth it to love what I'm doing though!

Hey Chris. Well I've run 3 marathons: one with Team in Training (and started another until an injury stopped me) who raises money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. It was a great experience. I've learned a lot about a company called Wycliffe Bible Translators and would love to start a running group to raise money for their efforts. Not a charity everyone is likely to get behind, but I think the people who do will be very excited about it.

Are there some good running groups meeting on weekends in Indy? Past 10-12 miles, it's rough to run on your own. Groups are definitely the way to go!

Chris....FWIW.....the best way to go is to browse other people's followers/followings and add them. They will start following you (some will) and you will begin to build a network. The clue is it will take time to find all of your friends. I have some interesting people I follow: @the_real_shaq, @johncleese, @crissangel and others.

Good luck and let me know if I can help!

Hey Chris looks like you are getting out networking more. Did you ever talk to Brian Cake at Indy Runners?

Chris, thanks for the friends request and the interest in my practice. I work with a wide variety of people and enjoy working with athletes from the "weekend warrior" to the Ironman. I am a running myself so I understand the stresses associated with the sport. I would be happy to tell you more if you would like to meet sometime.

Chris - I am new to twitter as well but I do know that you need to start finding people to follow. Some will then start following you in return. Right now, there is not anyone following you so no one is reading your tweets. I hope this helps! You can follow me @kristiekreation for starters.
