What is your greatest strength?: I love to help individuals and organizations maximize their potential. I like finding potential yet untapped potential and both encouraging and helping others to bring it out in what they do each day.

What are you working on?: I am working on a reinvention of my business. For over 16 years as an individual, and 6 years as a business owner, I have gradually come to be where I am. I am now stopping, taking a fresh look at where I am and where I want to be, and setting goals and taking action to get from here to there. This has meant immediate as well as gradual changes to my business and lifestyle, and is providing me a level of motivation I have never before experienced.
