What is your greatest strength?
I enjoy seeing the big picture and how what I do today affects the overall scheme or goals and then working to find the best way to accomplish those tasks and goals. I appreciate those who have the ability to think big and outside the box and then I work on fleshing out those ideas.
What are you working on?
My largest project is an annual arts fest. Charley Creek Arts Fest is held the last weekend of June and we enjoyed a wonderful weekend recently. Before we begin planning next year's event, I'm working on web site development, newsletter and a bunch of misc. projects that were put off until after the Arts Fest!

Why join Smaller Indiana? What are you hoping to experience here ?
I love to network with others who are working in small towns and sharing resources and ideas. I hope to gain some new ideas and new friends.

Hi Carrie,
Welcome to Smaller Indiana! As a new member you may want to start by reading the blog post: "I'm a member of Smaller Indiana, now what?" It provides some great tips on getting involved in the community.

Feel free to add a blog post, join some groups (more than 500 are listed on the Smaller Indiana Group Links google doc) & don't forget to add a photo - so your fellow Smoosiers can recognize you at off-line community events.

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

4. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.

6. Smaller Indiana is supported by its members, and by corporate sponsors. If you're interested in learning more about sponsorship, please call Pat Coyle at 317 332 7878.
