What is your greatest strength?
The ability to reach out to employers and understand the difficulties that they are facing with regard to employee benefits. Having began my carrer on the employer side, I bring a unique perspective to the employers that I work with.
What are you working on?
I am currently reaching out to employers throughout the state of Indiana, to share with them the expertise that Benefit Strategies has to offer. We are true advocates for our employer clients as we strive to provide them with a strategic direction that will allow them to have control over their healthcare costs now and in the future.

Welcome to Smaller Indiana. I think you will find this is a little different then most Social Networks. The community is active both on and off line. Check out some of our groups and events for information on what is going on around the state.

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

4. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.
